Through comprehensive evaluation, laboratory testing, and personalized treatment planning, we work with each patient to develop an approach tailored to their individual needs.
To support hormone optimization and overall wellness, we offer BioTE® nutritional supplements and adjunctive therapies. Recommendations are individualized based on each patient's treatment plan and goals.
Hormone Optimization Consultation
To provide every patient with a personalized treatment plan, the consultation fee is $60 for new patients who have not previously received hormone pellet therapy.
Consultation Fee Waived
The $60 consultation fee is waived for patients transferring their hormone pellet therapy from another provider with documented pellet treatment history.
Laboratory Testing
If your provider recommends lab work, it is not included in the consultation fee and will be billed separately. Lab results may be required before treatment recommendations can be made.
Pellet Therapy Pricing
All wellness services are self-pay and are not submitted to insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Laboratory testing, supplements, and treatment recommendations are based on individual patient needs.
