Bringing a supportive companion is encouraged.
The aesthetic surgical consultation fee is $60 and will be applied at the time of consult and credited to your account when surgery is scheduled.
For insurance consultations, a deductible or copay will be applied.
Schedule a consultation from home. The virtual consultation fee is $75.
Prepayment is mandatory for all cosmetic consultations. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges.

A $600 deposit is required to schedule surgery, covering administrative costs and is valid for six months. The balance is due two weeks before surgery, payable by cash, cashier’s check, or credit card. Care Credit Cards are also accepted.
Payments for injectables or non-surgical services are due on the day of the visit. Some services may require a deposit and will be communicated in advance.
Billing insurance will be done based on services.
Patient records are released only with prior written consent. All interactions with our office remain private and discreet. Photo utilization will be done only with prior consent and notification. Patients may opt out of any marketing and advertising.
